Terms of Use

Welcome to DEVICESYSTEM. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, features, and related resources. By accessing, browsing, or using DEVICESYSTEM, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue your use of the website and our services.

Our Services

DEVICESYSTEM provides search engine optimization and digital marketing services, including Private Blog Network (PBN) backlinks, contextual backlinks, blog post placements, link-building solutions, and other SEO-related services. Our services are intended to help website owners strengthen their backlink profiles, improve online visibility, and support their broader search engine optimization strategies.

SEO results depend on many factors and may vary between websites. DEVICESYSTEM does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, search engine positions, traffic increases, Domain Authority, Domain Rating, indexing results, or any other particular SEO outcome. Search engines may update their algorithms, ranking systems, policies, and indexing methods at any time.

PBN Backlink Services

Our PBN backlink services may involve placing links on privately managed or independently operated websites. DEVICESYSTEM makes reasonable efforts to provide relevant and properly placed backlinks, but we cannot guarantee that every backlink will remain active, indexed, or available permanently.

Websites may change ownership, pages may be edited or removed, links may become unavailable, and SEO metrics may increase or decrease over time. Search engines may also change how they evaluate backlinks and link-building practices. Customers understand that PBN backlinks can involve certain SEO risks and should be used according to their own strategy, goals, and risk tolerance.

User Responsibilities

Users of DEVICESYSTEM are responsible for providing accurate website URLs, anchor text, keywords, content, and any other information required to complete an order. Users should carefully review all submitted information before confirming a purchase.

Our services must not be used for illegal activities, malware distribution, phishing, fraud, copyright infringement, deceptive practices, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Payments and Orders

Prices, payment methods, delivery schedules, and service conditions may vary depending on the selected package or custom order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before making payment.

Once work has started or backlinks have already been published, cancellation or refund options may be limited. Replacement, revision, or refund eligibility may depend on the specific service, order status, and circumstances involved.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original website content, branding, graphics, service descriptions, layouts, and other materials published on DEVICESYSTEM are owned by or licensed to DEVICESYSTEM.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DEVICESYSTEM is not responsible for losses resulting from search engine algorithm changes, ranking fluctuations, traffic decreases, deindexing, website penalties, lost revenue, third-party actions, or changes to websites used for backlink placements.

Customers remain responsible for deciding whether PBN backlinks and other SEO strategies are appropriate for their websites, businesses, and marketing objectives.
